WEBSITE & COLLABORATION

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms apply to the HTB Maju website and inquiries made to PT HIGH TIDE BALI. Paid services, creator representation and campaign commitments require a separate written agreement.

1. Operator and scope

HTB Maju is the public-facing brand used on this website by PT HIGH TIDE BALI, an Indonesian company, NIB 1606230133733, registered at Jalan Beranda Hijau II No. 17, Desa/Kelurahan Jimbaran, Kec. Kuta Selatan, Kab. Badung, Provinsi Bali, Kode Pos: 80361, Indonesia. "We", "us" and "our" refer to PT HIGH TIDE BALI.

Please read these terms before using the website or sending an inquiry. If you do not agree, do not use its inquiry functions or other services. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling; it is not blanket consent to processing or platform account access.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

Our collaboration services are intended for adults who can enter a binding contract and for authorized representatives of brands, teams, agencies, sellers and creators. You must have authority to act for any party you represent. Supply accurate information and do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to disclose.

3. Service descriptions and separate agreements

Website descriptions introduce possible CPS affiliate, KOL and creator collaboration, creative production and paid media services. They are not binding offers, promises of availability or evidence of platform approval. Roadmap features are planned capabilities, not currently available software. No TikTok Shop API is connected to this website.

We will agree a written service contract before starting an engagement. It must identify the parties, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, permissions, fees or commissions, budgets, payment timing, duration, cancellation and dispute arrangements. Where personal information is processed, it must also address the parties' roles, permitted purposes, security, recipients, retention and deletion. Campaign-specific provisions in that signed agreement prevail over these general website terms for that engagement, subject to mandatory law and applicable platform restrictions.

Sending an inquiry does not create an agency, employment, exclusivity, representation or service relationship. The form prepares a draft in your email application; nothing is automatically sent, booked or purchased. A collaboration begins only after appropriate written acceptance.

4. Account, content and data permissions

You retain ownership of your products, content and other rights. You must have the permissions needed for materials, music, likenesses, product claims, trademarks and data you provide. Submitting an inquiry permits us to use its contents only to respond and evaluate the request, not to publish your content or run advertising.

Account management, creator linking, sample coordination, editing, reposting, affiliate promotion and paid use of content require the applicable written permissions, platform authorization and agreed usage rights. We do not acquire an unrestricted license to creator content merely because a creator contacts us. Scope, channels, territory, duration and any exclusivity or paid-media rights must be agreed separately.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes or access tokens through the website or ordinary inquiry messages. Where an integration becomes available, use the approved authorization process and only the necessary permissions. You may withdraw authorization through available platform settings and notify us. We stop accessing and using affected partner data immediately upon revocation and handle deletion under the Privacy Policy, applicable law, platform requirements and the engagement agreement. Withdrawal does not automatically cancel already incurred fees or resolve outstanding deliverables; those matters follow the separate contract and mandatory law.

5. Platform rules and acceptable conduct

Each participant must follow applicable law and the relevant TikTok Shop, TikTok for Business, advertising, affiliate, creator and product rules. Commercial content must carry required disclosures, claims must be supportable and any product eligibility requirements must be met.

You must not use our website or a collaboration for fraud, fake orders or engagement, misleading claims, intellectual property infringement, unlawful products, harassment, malware, spam, unauthorized scraping, account access or data collection, or circumvention of platform controls. Neither party may sell or trade partner data, repurpose it for its own unrelated activities or share it without required permission. We may decline an inquiry or pause affected work if it reasonably appears unlawful, unauthorized or unsafe, subject to applicable law and any service agreement.

6. Fees, commissions and performance

This website does not take payments or impose subscription charges. Pricing, production costs, sample costs, advertising budgets, taxes, billing arrangements and refund or cancellation terms must be agreed in writing. No ad account issuing authority, platform rebate or preferential rate is promised.

For CPS engagements, the agreement must specify commission rates, eligible sales, attribution source and window, returns, cancellations, fraud adjustments, settlement timing and any commission-sharing permissions. Dashboard figures may be provisional and subject to platform reconciliation. GMV, ROI and GPM have different definitions and attribution contexts; the relevant reporting basis must be agreed before performance is assessed.

Results depend on factors including product fit, pricing, inventory, content, audience response, budget and platform conditions. We do not guarantee sales, profit, GMV, ROI, creator volume, campaign approval or continued access to any platform feature. No illustration on this website is a verified client result unless expressly identified and supported as such.

7. Independent status and third-party services

PT HIGH TIDE BALI is independent of TikTok and its affiliates. References to TikTok Shop, GMV Max, MCN or ISV describe the intended ecosystem or service scope and do not imply endorsement, official partnership, certification or approved developer status. TikTok is not a party to our service agreements and is not responsible for our services, representations or disputes with collaborators.

Third-party platforms, email services and other external providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Their eligibility rules, features and availability may change. These terms do not modify your agreements with them or grant you rights to their trademarks, accounts or systems.

8. Website materials and confidentiality

Website design and materials are owned by us or used under applicable rights. You may view and share links to the website for legitimate purposes, but may not misrepresent affiliation, copy protected materials for unauthorized commercial use or remove ownership notices. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

Do not send trade secrets or confidential campaign information in an initial inquiry. Where an engagement requires confidential information, appropriate confidentiality obligations should be agreed first. We handle personal information under the Privacy Policy regardless of whether a confidentiality agreement exists.

9. Availability, responsibility and liability

We aim to keep website information accurate and accessible, but may correct, update or suspend content and functionality. The informational website is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not diminish any agreed obligation to perform contracted services with reasonable skill and care.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by an independent third-party outage, unauthorized use outside our control or reliance on website illustrations as a guarantee of results. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, our own breach of mandatory data protection obligations or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility, liability limits and remedies for paid services must be addressed in the signed engagement agreement; no blanket monetary liability cap is imposed by these website terms.

10. Complaints, applicable law and disputes

Please send complaints or concerns to the contact below, identifying the relevant inquiry or engagement and the remedy requested. We will seek to resolve concerns promptly and fairly through good-faith discussion. Privacy requests follow the procedure and applicable legal deadlines in the Privacy Policy.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you. If a dispute cannot be resolved by discussion, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable law, unless a valid separate service agreement provides another lawful procedure. These terms impose no mandatory foreign arbitration or waiver of non-waivable rights.

11. Updates and other provisions

We identify updates through the effective date above and give additional notice where legally required. Changes do not retroactively alter a signed agreement or authorize new data uses. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Rights requests and obligations intended to continue after an engagement ends remain subject to applicable law and the service agreement.
